These terms and conditions govern the use of our e-commerce website and the purchase of products from RubyRoo Design. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our website.

Product Information
We make every effort to provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products, including descriptions, prices, and availability. However, we cannot guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or current. We reserve the right to modify or update any product information without prior notice.

Ordering and Payment
To place an order, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding contracts. By submitting an order, you offer to purchase the products selected, subject to these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order in our sole discretion.

Payment for orders can be made securely through our accepted payment methods, including credit/debit cards or other payment options specified on our website. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information, and you authorise us to charge the total amount due for your order.

Payment
Upon selecting your desired stationery from RubyRoo Design, the full payment is processed during the checkout process. In the event that you have scheduled a consultation call or placed an order for Bespoke stationery using our online form, Jane will initiate an invoice for your order. Upon receipt of payment, Jane will commence the design process for your order. As part of our design process, every customer is entitled to two rounds of amendments to ensure the final artwork meets your requirements. Any further amendments beyond the two rounds will be subject to an additional cost, which will be communicated to you beforehand.

Please allow up to 10 working days for the delivery of your order, (sometimes longer if your order is Bespoke or you have ordered envelope liners). We strive to ensure timely delivery and will keep you informed of the progress of your order throughout the process.

Proofs & Artwork Timelines
In most cases, you can expect to receive the first proof of your design within 2-3 business days after placing your order and providing all the necessary information. However, please note that this timeline may vary for bespoke requests or if there are multiple revisions and proofs exchanged between us.

We understand the importance of ensuring your design is perfect before proceeding with printing. Therefore, we will work closely with you to make any necessary revisions and adjustments until you are completely satisfied with the final proof. Once you give us the go-ahead and approve the design for print, we will initiate the printing process.

It's crucial for us to have your full approval before proceeding to print to ensure the accuracy and quality of your wedding stationery. We value your input and want to make sure that the final product reflects your vision and meets your expectations.

Change of Design
In the event that a customer requests changes to the design after it has been agreed upon and sent to them, it is reasonable to charge an additional fee of €50. This fee covers the extra time and effort required to accommodate the requested changes and ensure that the revised design meets the customer's expectations.

It's important to note that this fee is applicable when changes are requested beyond the initial agreed-upon design and proofing process. The initial rounds of revisions are typically included in the overall service, but subsequent changes may require additional resources and time from our team.

We believe in maintaining transparency and open communication with our customers, and we will always discuss any additional charges or fees before proceeding with the requested changes. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible service and deliver wedding stationery that reflects your vision while ensuring a fair and sustainable business operation.

Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and trademarks, is the intellectual property of RubyRoo Design and protected by applicable copyright and other intellectual property laws. Bespoke Orders
Bespoke orders are an opportunity for us to create custom-designed wedding stationery that is tailored specifically to your unique vision and requirements. Unlike our pre-designed templates, bespoke orders involve a more personalised and collaborative design process.

When you place a bespoke order with us, we will work closely with you to understand your specific needs, preferences, and wedding theme. We'll take the time to listen to your ideas, gather inspiration, and translate them into a one-of-a-kind design that truly reflects your style and personality.

Order Timelines
Upon placement of your order and submission of the required order form, the design process will commence. Within a span of 5-10 business days, the initial design proof will be delivered to you. Subsequently, RubyRoo Design and yourself will collaborate closely until every detail aligns seamlessly. We're pleased to offer two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Any further modifications will incur a fee of €10 per version. Following your approval, the design will proceed to the printing stage.

Anticipate the delivery of your order within a maximum of 10 working days. For specialised printing requests such as Envelope liners, Gold Foil, Curved edges, or Emboss, please note that extended processing times may apply.

Should you require a more expedited timeline, rest assured that RubyRoo Design is open to accommodating tighter schedules. We invite you to engage in a discussion with us to explore your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RubyRoo Design shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our website or the purchase and use of our products. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

Delivery & Delivery Charges

We use secure and protective packaging materials to safeguard the items during transit, minimising the risk of damage or bending. We want you to receive your order in perfect condition, ready to impress your guests.

For our customers in Ireland and the UK, we rely on the reliable services of An Post for delivery. They have a proven track record of safe and timely delivery, giving you peace of mind that your package will arrive on schedule. Please note that additional charges may apply for deliveries outside of this region, and we will provide you with the relevant information during the ordering process.

If you prefer to collect your order in person from Dublin, we are more than happy to accommodate your request. Simply let us know, and we can arrange a convenient pickup location and time.

  • Customer Support: Jane is available during our business hours, which are Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. You can reach us via email, and we will respond to your inquiries as promptly as possible.

  • Design Consultations: If you would like to discuss your specific design requirements or have a consultation regarding your wedding stationery, we offer 15-minute consultation calls. These calls can be scheduled during our business hours, and we will work with you to find a mutually convenient time.

Please note that our availability may be subject to occasional holidays or other circumstances, but we will always strive to communicate any changes or delays in advance. Proofing & Spelling
At RubyRoo Design, we take great care in ensuring the accuracy of our customers' stationery. As part of our process, we provide customers with a proof of their design before it goes to print. It is the customer's responsibility to carefully review the proof, including all text, spelling, grammar, and design elements, and approve it for production.

Once the customer has given their approval and the design goes to print, we cannot be held responsible for any errors or inaccuracies that were present in the approved proof. We strongly encourage our customers to thoroughly check all details in the proof, as they will be replicated in the final printed product.

We recommend double-checking names, dates, times, addresses, and any other relevant information to ensure accuracy. If there are any changes or corrections needed after the proof has been approved, additional charges may apply for reprints or modifications.

By approving the proof, the customer acknowledges that they have reviewed the design and take full responsibility for any errors or discrepancies that may be present in the final printed stationery. Our goal is to provide a smooth and error-free process, and we appreciate our customers' attention to detail in ensuring the accuracy of their stationery.

Cancellations
At RubyRoo Design, we understand that circumstances may change, and sometimes cancellations are necessary. If you have paid in full for your order and decide to cancel before the final proof is provided, we will deduct a design fee of €80 from your refund.

The design fee covers the time, effort, and resources invested in creating your custom stationery up until the cancellation. It compensates for the work already completed and ensures that our designers are fairly compensated for their creative expertise.

We recommend carefully considering your decision before making a full payment to avoid any potential cancellation fees. If you have any concerns or questions, we are here to assist you and address any issues you may have.

Please note that once the final proof is approved and your order is sent to print, cancellations and refunds are not possible, as the production process has already begun. We strive to provide high-quality products and services, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.

Returns & Refunds
At RubyRoo Design, we take pride in delivering high-quality wedding stationery to our customers. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or request a refund for your order. Please review our Returns & Refunds policy below:       

  1. Returns: If you receive your order and find that it is damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the package. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. In such cases, we may request photographic evidence of the issue to assess and validate the claim.

  2. Refunds: Refunds may be issued in the following situations:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the circumstances.

  • Not as Described: If the received item significantly deviates from the product description or your approved proof, we will work with you to resolve the issue and may offer a refund.

  • Order Cancellation: Please see cancellation Ts & Cs above.

For orders within Ireland, delivery is included in the cost of the stationery. For the UK we offer a flat rate shipping fee of €‎30. For international orders, shipping charges will be calculated based on the specific location and communicated to the customer during the ordering process.

  3. Delivery Timeframe: Once an order is placed and payment is received, we aim to process and ship the order within 10 business days. The actual delivery time may vary depending on the shipping method and the destination. We provide an estimated delivery timeframe of 5-10 business days for domestic orders, while international orders may take longer.

  4. Tracking and Notifications: We provide tracking information for all shipped orders, allowing customers to monitor the progress of their package. Customers will receive an email notification with the tracking details once their order has been shipped.
